We are feeling very springlike here at Frocks & Frolics HQ, and we are very excited to introduce you to our first pattern in our Baby Collection (easy sewing patterns for babies), the Lollipop Baby Romper Sewing Pattern. You know what we mean by rompers right? We’ve had a big Google and we were amazed at all the different words for it.

Frocks and Frolics - New Easy Baby Romper PDF Pattern

Romper Definition: Probably the most universal outfit for little ones, the romper is a garment which has snaps or velcro to allow it to be closed over the crotch. The opening is to allow easy access to the diaper/nappy. They can be worn as undergarments or outer shirts.

Synonyms: Baby Grow, Romper, Onesie, Babygro, Creeper, Diaper Shirts, Mameluco and Snapsuits. (phew!)

What do you call your rompers?

Marina had so many requests for baby patterns she decided to make it a top priority and the first in our collection of baby sewing projects is our Romper (if that’s what you call it, we’ve heard many different things!).
