Tilly Top Doll
Imagine a hot summer day, your child has been in and out of the pop-up pool all day and now she is sitting in the shade wearing her Tilly crop top and getting her doll dressed, courtesy of the Tilly doll sewing pattern, too. With doll clothes as nicely made as the Tilly, she will have hours of fun styling her precious doll. The flutter sleeves themselves are gorgeous as they are but imagine adding lace to them or bias binding, as I did in my sample or even ribbon. The back is elasticated, so this top is a breeze to sew even if this is your first project. The pattern is supported by a step-by-step guide (eBook) and easy-to-follow video tutorial, excellent if you are a little unsure about some of the steps. I like to offer you a bundle, too. The matching Betsy skirt is a perfect match for girls and dolls. For the Tilly & Betsy bundle click here.
All the videos for the doll collection are available for free on YouTube and at the Sewing Academy, so you can have a look before you purchase the pattern. Watch the main video tutorial now by scrolling down to the video section and enjoy.
