Baby and Toddler Sewing Patterns Collection

I am super excited to introduce you to our Baby & Toddler Sewing Patterns Collection. You are going to love these gorgeous patterns. Once you purchase your sewing patterns, you will have access to the Sewing Academy, where you can find the video courses for your patterns, packed with professional sewing methods. I promise you will ‘Sew like a Pro’ in no time at all. Sewing for your baby is a fantastic way to explore sewing with knit fabrics. You need small amounts, so if something goes wrong, it’s not a complete disaster. Our sizes go from newborn up to age 3, with 9 individual sizes. Check out our size chart for babies here

Make for your baby or as a gift

When I started developing the baby collection sewing patterns, I discovered very quickly that the most important pattern piece for fit is a gusset! So small and yet so important. Without a gusset, there just isn’t enough space for the nappy and the only way around that is a really low seat. So, I added a gusset to all rompers, making sure that your baby is comfortable as well as super cute. Where to start as complete beginner? Sew up the gorgeous Dungies for a start. They can be made in knit interlock and stretch denim to name just a few. If you struggle with knit fabric definitions and weights, get the low down here. Download the knit guide for FREE and let’s get shopping for fabulous fabric!

Intermediate sewers will love the Lollipop Romper and the Jelly Bean Sweater. You can learn how to insert a button placket for example. Whilst it was quite an achievement to develop the pattern pieces, sewing this closure is a doable method to learn, knowing that all pieces fit together just perfectly.  The video sewing courses for every pattern are the icing on the cake! You have diagrams, photos and video tutorials. Not just of the difficult steps but of ‘ALL’ steps. The Baby Bundle Collection is fantastic value for money for all four patterns.

Experts who sew for their shop are welcome to use these patterns, I wish you much success! Do become part of the growing group of shops using Frocks & Frolics Sewing Patterns. Email us your details, photos and links, so we can feature the best shops in our Blog.
